We appreciate your purchase and hope you are satisfied with it. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. For further details on our return policy, please refer to the information below.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase. Returned items should be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.
RETURN PROCESS
A.) To initiate the return process for an item, please first reach out to customer service at contactus@feasterfactoryoutlet.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
B.) Please be aware that we do not cover the costs of return shipping. To uphold our promise of providing free and affordable shipping on all orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless customer service decides otherwise.
C.) After contacting our customer service via email, customers should allow 24 to 48 hours for a response regarding the approval of their return. If approved, the customer will receive an RMA number.
D.) The item must then be securely placed in its original packaging. If the original mailing package is no longer usable, it may be necessary to place the item in a different mailing package.
E.) Additionally, the RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package in the bottom left corner of the mailing label or package.
F.) Finally, the item should be shipped to the address provided to approved returns:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● perishable goods (like most edible products), health and personal care items (like opened cosmetics or certain medical supplies), hazardous materials, customized products, and digital products like downloadable software and gift cards. Additionally, items that have had their serial number or UPC removed, or products marked as "Final Sale," are non-returnable.
